they have taken nothing is a work that explores the space between giving in and holding on. Three female dancers take over one another, stealing space and weight. They each seize pieces of each other, creating tension and submission through charged moments of contact and release. they have taken nothing is a deeply feminine work that comments on our ability to withstand something in order to take what we need. It was created in Boston, MA in 2017.
